Chemical Centrifugal Pumps

Chemical Centrifugal Pumps

Chemical centrifugal pump is widely used in various fields of chemical industry. Compared with other kinds of pumps, it has the advantages of simple structure, easy to wear, smooth operation, small noise, uniform water discharge, convenient adjustment and high efficiency. It is used sewage discharge in industrial, commercial, medical, environmental protection and other fields.

Classification of chemical centrifugal pump

The impeller of the chemical centrifugal pump can be divided into the closed impeller, semi-closed impeller, open impeller and semi-open impeller. The flow direction can be divided into the radial flow, axial flow and mixed flow according to shape and liquid flow.

The working principle of the chemical centrifugal pump

Before the start of the chemical centrifugal pump, the pumped liquid is filled in the pump shell. After start-up, the impeller is driven by the shaft and the liquid between the blades turns. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is ejected from the outer edge of the impeller and into the volute pump shell. And because of the internal and external pressure difference, the liquid can flow from the suction tank to the impeller continuously.

Matters needing attention

  • The access to the water pipe must be kept in a sealed state.
  • Check the running status of the centrifugal pump regularly, and if the abnormal situation is found, it should be stopped in time.
  • Do not appear the state of the turbidity of the chemical centrifugal pump, but the centrifugal pump is still running for a long time.
  • Do not appear when the normal flow of the chemical centrifugal pump is running, the motor of the centrifugal pump is still running in the state of the supercurrent for a long time.
  • The chemical centrifugal pump cannot be operated in a state of no person, and special personal should be supervised.
