Design and Performance Requirements
Pump Type	Single-stage, non-clog, self-cleaning centrifugal submersible pump, with a design similar to Flygt N-Technology.
Performance Parameters	Model	Equivalent to Flygt N 3127.
	Flow Rate	Approx. 800 USgpm (~182 m³/h) max.
	Head	Approx. 40 ft (~12 m)) max.
	Power	7.5 - 11 hp.
Construction and Materials	Impeller	Hard-Iron option required for abrasive media.
	Seals	The pump shall be equipped with a plug-in type dual mechanical seal system. The system must include integrated leakage monitoring and motor protection, functionally equivalent to the Flygt Active Seal system.
	Bearings	Minimum 50,000 hours design life.
Drive and Control System
Motor
Protection Class	IP68.
Insulation Class	Class H (180°C).
Efficiency	Not lower than IE3 class.
Starts	The motor shall be suitable for at least 30 starts per hour.
Control	The bidder shall provide an intelligent controller that is fully compatible with the pump, capable of soft start/stop, pump cleaning, and fault diagnosis functions.
