Bellows Type Mechanical Seal

In the case of materials, bellows are made of nickel chromium stainless steel, nickel chromium molybdenum alloy and high nickel alloy steel. It has the advantages of high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and small thermal expansion coefficient. The friction rings are made of graphite, impregnated graphite, tungsten carbide, silicon carbide and hard alloy. They have good thermal conductivity, good self lubrication and corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and alkali. The sealing ring adopts O-type rubber sealing ring, which has good elasticity and tightness, and has the properties of non-stickiness, insolubility, non-aging, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. The materials mainly include nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber and so on.
A large number of bellows mechanical seals can only be used properly and operated in order to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of mechanical seals.
(1) Before starting, check whether the mechanical seal is leaking. If there are more leaks, the cause should be found to be eliminated, or disassembled and reinstalled. Press the pump to turn the cart, check whether it is light and even.
(2) Before starting, the sealing chamber should be kept full of liquid, and the car must be turned on to prevent seal damage caused by sudden start.
(3) During the operation of the pump, the pressure of the pump should be stable and the pumping should be avoided.
In view of the above problems, the corresponding countermeasures are taken, first of all, for the convenience of maintenance, the globe valve is installed under the sensor. The fuel system was modified to increase the fuel pressure directly to 1.8 mpa. It also cancelled the self burner booster pump of the automatic burner and connected with high pressure hose to stop leakage. At the same time, a new filter is added to the modified fuel system to solve the problem of impurities in the oil.
